1. Introduction
Welcome to DK World Go+, operated by Deekey World Marketing Pvt Ltd. By using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.
2. User Registration and Account Security
2.1 Eligibility: By registering on our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2.2 Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Services Offered
3.1 Tour Packages: DK World Go+ offers a wide range of tour packages that can be booked through our Platform. Each tour package includes detailed descriptions, pricing, and availability information.
3.2 Business ID: Upon booking a tour, customers receive a unique Business ID that enables them to share tours and earn commissions for sales generated through their ID.
3.3 Commissions and Earnings: Customers can earn commissions on tours they sell and may also receive income from tours sold directly by DK World Go+.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods: The Platform supports various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely. Once a payment is made, it is credited to DK World Go+’s account. For B2B transactions, the remaining amount after commission is sent to the tour companies.
4.3 Auto-Transfer: Payments made through the Platform are subject to automatic transfers via supported payment methods like Google Pay or PhonePe.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 No Refunds: Payments made on the Platform are generally non-refundable.
5.2 Maximum Refund Amount: In exceptional cases, where a refund is granted, the maximum refund amount ranges from 20% to 40% of the total payment.
5.3 Transfer of Booking: If a customer cannot participate in a booked trip, they may transfer their booking to another person. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
6. Booking and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is made, a confirmation will be sent to the customer via email or SMS, along with a purchase order copy for the customer, dealer, and Go+ admin panel.
6.2 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations initiated by the customer are subject to the refund policy stated above.
6.3 Cancellation by DK World Go+: DK World Go+ reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified and offered alternatives or partial refunds as applicable.
7. Liability and Responsibilities
7.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their availability and eligibility to participate in the booked tours.
7.2 B2B Transactions: DK World Go+ acts as a platform for booking tours. For B2B transactions, the tour companies are fully responsible for the execution of the trips and handling any customer-related issues, including accidents. DK World Go+ is not liable for such incidents.
7.3 Limitation of Liability: DK World Go+ is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform.
8. User Conduct
8.1 Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to fraud, spamming, or hacking.
8.2 Content Sharing: Users may share content, such as reviews and ratings. However, all shared content must be respectful, accurate, and not infringe on any third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of DK World Go+ and its licensors. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
9.2 License to Use: DK World Go+ grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.
10. Application Features
10.1 User Experience: The Platform offers a range of features, including tour package listings, interactive maps, itinerary customization, social media integration, multi-language support, and more.
10.2 Simultaneous Users: The Platform is designed to support up to 50,000 simultaneous users without performance issues. Users may access HD videos, photos, and other multimedia content seamlessly.
11. Data Privacy
11.1 Data Collection: DK World Go+ collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, users acknowledge that no system is completely secure.
12. Amendments to Terms
DK World Go+ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
13.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Kannur, Kerala, in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
